事務部の夏季一斉休業および節電一斉休業について

大学院係および薬学部学務係は以下の期間に一斉休業いたします。

夏季一斉休業　８月１４日（月）～１６日（水）
（医薬系総合研究棟Ⅰおよび医薬系総合研究棟Ⅱの正面自動ドアも閉鎖）

節電一斉休業　８月３０日（水）、９月１１日（月）

なお、土曜・日曜・祝日（８月１１日）は、業務を行っておりません。

Notice of Office Closure for Summer Break

Our office of the Graduate School Unit and Student Affairs Unit for Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences will be closed on the following days.

Summer break: Aug. 14 to 16, 2023 (In addition to this, the automatic doors of the building of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences Building 1 & 2 will be closed.)
Temporary office closure for energy conservation: Aug. 30 and Sep. 11, 2023

Additionally, we are closed on Sat., Sun. and national holidays (Aug. 11 ) as usual.
