Program Completion Requirements
1. Years required to complete the program
- Those who enter the program from the master’s program require a total of six years: two years of master’s program, and four years of doctoral program in the Field of Frontier Medicine and Pharmacy (Those with outstanding achievements can complete in five years)
- Those who enter the program from the doctoral program require four years to complete（Those with outstanding achievements can complete in three years）
2. Presentation of research outcomes both in a major and a sub-major
In addition to presentation of the research results in the major field, students are required to make at least one research result presentation such as publication of an article or so in another field (sub-major)
3. Presentation of research outcomes at international conferences
Students are required to make presentations on their research at international conferences or so at least twice.
4. International Standard Thesis Examination
- Thesis Research shall be written in English
- Thesis Committee consists of more than three professors. At least one foreign faculty member should join the dissertation committee.
- The whole process of the thesis examination will be conducted in English
Diploma Policy:
Doctorates are granted to students who are expected to create new medical knowledge and contribute to society based on their high level of knowledge, broader perspective, cooperativeness, leadership, and morality.
