Mr. Suzuki, a medical student, was selected as a representative recipient of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s overseas study support program for university students, the “Tokyo Global Passport.” At the send‑off ceremony held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, he presented his own study‑abroad plan. The program aims to support motivated students in studying abroad as part of Tokyo’s efforts to foster future global talent.
This summer, Mr. Suzuki will participate in a one‑month training program at the University of California, San Diego, where he plans to deepen his learning in a cutting‑edge research environment. We expect that the knowledge and experience he gains through this program will contribute to his future research activities and further broaden his international perspective.
All members of the laboratory look forward to his continued success and wholeheartedly support his endeavors.
